Explore the gap between
what happens and what you want.

The GAP Assessment helps you notice where your relationship experience differs from your preferred frequency. It opens a conversation; it does not measure love, compatibility, or relationship health.

What you will do

  1. Choose the context: a current relationship, before marriage, a past relationship, or looking for a future partner.
  2. Rate 16 specific relationship behaviours from 1, Never, to 5, Always.
  3. For a current or past partner, rate both Experienced and Preferred. Your GAP is the difference between those two ratings.
  4. If you are looking for a partner, rate Preferred only. Experienced and GAP do not apply because there is no current partner behaviour to compare.
  5. See your private personal results and choose one useful starting point.

Your answers are saved in this browser where storage is available. Your results are not a diagnosis and are not shared with a partner unless you separately choose and consent to a shared service.

Two assessments, two different questions

Personality Styles explores your own preferences across Thinking, Feeling, Planning and Acting. GAP explores specific relationship behaviours by comparing your experience with what you would prefer. A style score may offer context, but it cannot prove what caused a gap.
